How It Works

1. Let’s connect - Schedule your free 20 minute consultation.

We will discuss what led you to seek out nutrition counseling services and discuss your goals. Then, if you feel like it’s a good fit, the fun begins!

2. Preparing for your first appointment

Grab a comfy chair to fill out a few forms that will be sent through the Practice Better Portal. These forms will help me better understand your lifestyle, health and goals you want to achieve from working together.

3. Initial Consult

We will meet to go over your lifestyle and history, as well as what you eat throughout the day. Then, we will work on a plan to get you what you want your health and digestive symptoms to look like in 6-12 months from now, what is stopping you from getting there and how I can support you.

4. Review Consults

These sessions provide the support, accountability, troubleshooting you need to be successful with long-term symptom management. It’s not just about having the right information, it’s also about having the right plan and support to help you keep going when challenges arise.
