About

Hello and Welcome to Tiana Sexton Nutrition

I am Tiana, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in nutrition counseling for digestive disorders and gut health.

My passion is to help you reach your goals for better digestive health. I believe that strength can be found in partnership and collaboration, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can explore the connection between the foods you eat and the way you feel. I can’t wait for you to discover the magic behind the way we digest food and how to eat to support good digestion!

A Holistic Approach

I use a holistic, personalized approach that focuses on you as a whole. You and I will work together using your personal preferences, your goals, and your nutritional needs to create a long-term, sustainable lifestyle to help you manage your gastrointestinal symptoms.

My hope is to bridge the gap between nutrition science and what you experience in your day-to-day life. Through a weight neutral approach, we will focus on nutrition and lifestyle goals and not a number on the scale. I bring a non-judgemental spirit of compassion to the table. Together, we can create a personalized and flexible plan to meet you where you are at.

I can help you..

  • Find relief from digestive symptoms through nutrition and lifestyle-based strategies
  • Become more in tune with your body and improve your relationship with food
  • Gain confidence with food choices to help support your gut health and overall wellbeing

my goal is to meet you where you are at to help you improve your digestive health

My Story

I know what it’s like to feel unheard or dismissed by medical practitioners or even loved ones regarding the symptoms you are feeling in your body. Know that I believe you, and I want to help you find freedom from fear through holistic and intentional strategies.

For years I have struggled with the stress and anxiety that comes with living with chronic health conditions. Taking back control of my life through nutrition and lifestyle has brought back peace and trust in my body again. While it is an ever evolving journey, my hope is to help you do the same.

My love for food and nutrition science led me to the decision to switch career paths and go back to school to study nutrition and ultimately become a dietitian. I love all aspects of food, from growing, harvesting, cooking and most of all eating!

Things that bring me joy: gardening, exploring the outdoors and being a pet mom to our dog Willow and two kitties, Yoda and Fluffy.
